This interior design project was developed for Bukan Construction, aiming to transform a 100 m² open-plan space into a functional and welcoming office environment. Despite working within a limited budget, the design process focused on generating creative, resource-conscious solutions tailored to the client’s operational needs.
The layout included three private office rooms, one meeting room, and a storage area, carefully planned to ensure efficient spatial flow and functional separation. Studio Fandam contributed to the design by producing multiple floor plan alternatives and visualizing spatial relationships between the rooms, paying particular attention to privacy, circulation, and flexibility.
Material selection played a central role in the design strategy. Studio Fandam conducted research and proposed a variety of surface treatments and fabric options for the flooring to enhance both visual texture and acoustic comfort, while maintaining cost-efficiency. The project exemplifies how thoughtful planning and design research can elevate modest spaces into well-performing, aesthetically grounded work environments.
